1. It wont charge

   • Is the charger plugged into the phone
     • Plug it in
     • is it attached to the socket and turned on at the switch
       • Is there any dirt in the port
         • Clean it out using a dry unused toothbrush. Try charging it again.
         • Is the charger broken
           • Is the damage physical or liquid
             • Contact your supplier
           • Buy a new one
       • Plug it in and turn it on

2. It keeps crashing/freezing

   • Is your phone up to date
     • Update it
     • Delete your Cache history (if possible)
       • You have 2 options: contact suplier or perform a factory reset.

3. I cant connect to the internet

   • Turn your phone off for 5 seconds and then back on
     • Is the problem still occurring?
       • It is sorted
       • Are you near a WIFI zone? Do you have enough data
         • Contact your supplier
         • Go to one. Or top up your data
           • If the problem persists, contact your supplier

4. I cant send text

   • Do you have enough texts
     • Top up and try again
     • HAve calling the number you want to contact
       • Do you have enough signal
         • Delete your message threads and try again
           • If the problem percsits then go to your supplier
         • Go to a place with signal
       • Try it

5. It wont allow me to make calls

   • Have you got signal
     • Do you have enough money on your account
       • Is the number you are trying to contact blocked
         • Unblock them
         • Contact Ypur supplier
       • Top up
     • Go to a place with signal

6. My apps wont download

   • Are you connected to a wifi zone
     • Have you got the latest store
       • Are you of the correct age to download
         • Are you downloading off a different app store
           • Don't, download off the one that came with the phone
           • Contact your supplier
         • Get permission from someone who is
     • connect to one

7. My battery drains really quick

   • Have you charged your phone in the last 24 hours
     • Do you leave it 'charging' once it had reached 100%
       • Don't do this as it could cause damage to your battery
       • Do you completely charge your phone (from 0-100% not 25-73%)
         • Do you use the charger that comes with your phone
           • Do you use your phone often
             • Try to reduce this. If you cant then reduce the screen brightness
             • Do you leave apps open when they are not in use
               • Close them as they can still be running in the background - which uses up your battery
               • Contact your supplier
           • Us the one that came with your phone (if you don't have it buy another one from the supplier
         • Don't do this as this can damage your battery and make the battery drain quicker
     • Charge it

8. My phone keeps overheating

   • are you using the charger your phone came with.
     • buy one that comes with the phone.
     • Remove any cases and add ons you have. Does the issue still continue
       • Don't put the accessories back on, as they was causing te problem
       • If your battery is removable check it for damage? Does it have any
         • Contact your supplier and get them to fix your battery
         • Contact your supplier

9. My screen isn't responding to my touch

   • is your screen cracked or damaged
     • Contact your supplier
     • Is your device up to date
       • Update it
       • is your screen clean from dirt and oil
         • Are you using your finger (not a stylus or nail)
           • Do you have any accessories? Screen protectors etc
             • Take them off
             • Does your phone have a dead spot?
               • Reset your device
                 • Go to your supplier if the problem hasn't been fixed
               • Go to your supplier
           • Use your finger
         • Clean it using a dry cloth

10. I cannot receive texts

    • Are you near a place with good signal
      • Go to one
      • Do you have the person blocked
        • If you want to recieve a message from them, unblock them
          • Contact your supplier
        • Ensure that they have your number correct

11. My phone has got water damage

    • What is the type of damage? Is it still wet or have you dried it
      • Dried
        • Go to your supplier to ensure that your phone is safe to use
      • Wet: Take it out of the water
        • DO NOT PRESS ANYTHING!
          • Do you have a removable battery?
            • Do you have accesories on your phone eg. case
              • Take them off
              • DO you have any removable parts eg. SIM/Memory card.
                • Take them out
                • DONT take anything else out
                • Dry the phone using a towel. Dont use a hair dryer
                  • Put it in rice
                    • Leave it for 24-48 hours
                      • Go to your supplier
            • Take it out

12. my Phone wont turn on

    • Go to It wont charge

13. My camera wont work

    • Are you using the original camera (not an app)
      • Is your camera 5MP or lower
        • Do you have any accesories that may be covering the camera
          • Take them off
          • Is your camera scratched or dirty
            • Turn your phone off and wait 5 seconds
              • Retest the issue, does it still occur
                • Your sorted
                • Contact your supplier
            • Clean it with a lint free dry cloth
        • Your pictures are more likely to be blury and not look good
      • Close any other app that uses the camera and use the one that came with your phone
