1. USB (Solid State)

   • Advantages
     • Robust, will not break easily. So is used in things that are susceptible to movement.
     • Cheapish. But still more expensive than magnetic.
     • Portable and reliable The speed of the transfer rate is high.
   • Disadvantages
     • Cost of high capacity solid state drives

2. Hard disks (magnetic)

   • Advantages
     • Cheap
     • Reliable if in a stationary object
     • High capacity for a fairly cheap price
   • Disadvantages
     • Can easily be corrupted
