Goal of Life is to achieve "Enlightenment"
1. Work up the triangle of jobs.
  1. If you are born as a king then you will achieve enlightenment faster
  2. You can go down in the triangle of status
The Hindus holy place is called a Mandir. This is the Hindu version of a "Church"
1. All Hindus prayer everyday but only some will go to the Mandir to do this.
2. The Mandir is where special occasion are taken place
  1. Marriage takes place not just to bring a man and a women together but also to bring two families together
Hindus believe that God is in everything. They think that all living things or everything that we see and touch, is god.
1. They believe there is only one God but there are many other Gods that help the main god, Brahman
  1. They believe these other gods are made up of the main God. Much like the colour white is made up of many different colours
  2. These other Gods help Hindus to become enlightened and reach Brahman
One of the main symbols in Hinduism is the "Om" Symbol which is
1. Another symbol is the symbol of beauty
2. One of the second most important symbols is the Trisula symbol
