2 examples of magnetic storage and what they are

•Floppy disk this is a thin disk sealed in a square plastic carrier

•Magnetic tape this is mainly used for backup as it can hold a lot of data

hard disk is a solid state storage and it can break easily

Optical media is any disk this storage category uses a laser beam to read the data on them e.g. Blu-ray, DVD, music CD. These all have different sizes for different jobs.

Cloud storage is all online it is a good storage as you can access it from almost anywhere but it could be easily hacked into.

Flash memory is a non-volatile, solid state storage device. It is portable and affordable.
