Bus Width

Bus Speed

Bus Bandwidth

Characterized by the information

Typical widths: 8,16,32,64 bits

size entity sends data in cycle

bits or bytes send in second

frequency means data received per second

FSB show how fast computer can communicate with each device

total data can be transfer on the bus in each time

measure in bits and bytes per second

Bandwidth= bus width x bus speed
