Make the new Build and publish it

Performed by developers, tested on the Editor

Performed by the person responsible of the build

The selected non-developer will test the build on a device

The selected developers will test the build on Editor/devices.

This is the build where the quality has reached acceptable levels, after all the importants bugs has been fixed. (Build usually done by Tanvir or Germain)
