Problem: There is a sector of the population that complies with working hours and it is almost impossible for them to access a higher education institution.

Analysis: The time they spend in their daily work obligations does not allow them to attend classes in a physical environment or educational campus, but for this reason they will not stop aspiring to be professionals in the future.

causes:

- Time limitation.

- Distance limitation.

- Little information on distance learning universities

consequences:

- Increased foreign professional competition in the city where you live.

- Low professional intellectual population.

- Decrease in ideas of commercial and economic expansion of the region.

- Lowers the quality of life
