• Analyze the cause. Here we look for the original cause    of the problem.

•   Describe the proclem. At this stage, it is necessary to collect information in order to describe the problem in the most correct and truthful way, aided by techniques such as: data analysis, exchange of ideas.

• Optional solutions. Your goal is to complete a list of alternatives. What is sought are strategies that go to the original cause and solve the problem once and for all.

• Decision making. It is to eliminate the worst alternatives and compare the rest with each other. The objective is to find a correct solution using a practical and scientific process.

•   Indentify the problem.  Troubleshooting  begins by acknowledging that there is a situation that you want to fix.
