For such a reason we have asynchronous code. Asynchronous operations, are non-blocking operations. That means we can define them to execute on specific events, or after a specific amount of time and in the meantime either the user or the server can do other things.

For example, you can ask for some specific piece of data from a server or from an external resource (another service on internet) through a click, this operation could take more than anticipated. Asynchronous code gives us the capability, not to block, pause or freeze the whole website until the data comes back. That means that in the meantime the user can still interact with whatever he has in front of his screen. Code that we have defined below the async operator can be immediately executed.

But if this is the case, then when will exactly my async operation be executed?
