Question Answer
Graphs Used to show comparisons between data within your experiment. Each graph should have tile, labeled axes, legend/key, and you must have a ruler and pencil!
Types of graphs..? Line Graphs: Show how two variables are related. Bar Graphs: Show how similar data to line graphs focus on changes in the magnitude. Pie Charts: Show data parts as a whole.
Which Graph? (Examples) Racial demographic of a class. Number of siblings in a school. Temperature by month.
Steps to making a graph Step one: Independent variables go on x axis. Step two: Determine the number value for each square. Step three: plot the data point and mark with a dot. Step four: Draw a graph and a line that fits the graph points. Step five: Give the graph a title.
