"savings were made by increasing the electricity supply only until it met specific development needs" - 3what is meant by measurable?It means breaking your goal down into measurable elements.
- 4what is meant by achievable?being able to complete it on time and with the materials on hand.
- 5what is meant by realistic?can you really complete it with your skills or the skills at hand
- 6what is meant by time bound?it means the time you have to do each thing and how you distribute that time.
- 7how can your project be more specific?by setting yourself a specification and sticking to it
- 8what is a specification?a set of boundary's you can work to or a list of things that must be done and must not be done as well as setting yourself a set time for each thing you have to do in the time you have been anointed.
- 9how can your project be more measurable?by giving everything a set time a set cost a set amount of people working on it and so on.
- 10how can your project be more realistic?your project can be more realistic by giving tasks and jobs to those best equip to do them and then set a time and budget you know they can work with
