Remove attributes in repeating groups
Choose primary key from attributes for primary key in new table
Copy remaining UNF Attributes - 32NFSecond Normal Form
Check for partial key dependencies
For each one found remove attributes involved and move to new table
Copy remaining attributes to 2NF column - 43NF3rd Normal Form
check for non key dependencies
For each found, remove attributes involved to a new table
Copy remaining 2NF attributes to 3NF column
Give each 3NF column a name
