they are intended to show a frecuency distribution of data obtained based on measurement, through a bar chart.

The Pareto diagram takes data from various sources of information, but is generally based on the occurrence of problems or evidence of defects, offering a graphical representation of them.

They are tabulated formats, which allow to collect information in a methodical and systematic way, in such a way that it is easy to review and observe trends in behavior

It allows to identify the best path that the product or service will follow in the process. It is much easier to understand a process, and to formulate proposals to improve it, when we can follow it step by step, with a flowchart.

When the process flow is represented on paper, it is possible to see where there is waste caused by excessive movement through the factory facilities.

Also called cause and effect analysis, or fishbone diagram. It is used to identify the possible causes of a problem and its effects, by means of the relationship between the effect and all the possible causes that can contribute to that end.
