     • JJ Thompson: discovered electron - cathode rays; plum-pudding atom
       • Ernest Rutheford - alfa particles; tiny ; nuclear atomnucleus
         • Bohr-orbitals' planetary atom, Rutheford - discovered proton; de Broglie - particles as waves and particles; Scrodinger: elelectron has wave properties; Chadwick - neutron
