        1. PROCESS: Improved customer services, value adding, end-user perspective, competitive advantage through outsourcing
          1. An ERP system is a set of computer program modules that attempts to integrate the different functional areas of the organisation. An ERP is designed based on best practice - the best way of performing a particular process
