- is the amount of energy (or calories) that a person needs to carry out a physical function such as breathing, circulating blood, digesting food, or physical movement. Your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) is the total number of calories you burn each day. represents the energythat the body consumes
HEART RATE
- is the speed of the heartbeat measured by the number of contractions of the heart per minute (bpm). The heart rate can vary according to the body's physical needs, including the need to absorb oxygen and excrete carbon dioxide.

DIFFUSION OF OXYGEN
- It is the exchange of gases that through the barrier alveolo-capillary (in the lungs). Pulmonary diffusion allows two functions: supply oxygen to the blood and eliminate carbon dioxide
