1. discovery

   • gathering and understanding the requirements is a difficult process
   • it can be done using some techniques, like interviews, scenarios, prototypes. which help the stockholders to understand what the system will be like.

2. clasification

   • it`s very important to organize the overall structure of the system.
   • what we do here will help us in the decision of identifving the most suitable archectual design patterns.

3. prioritization

   • we previously explained why eliciting and understanding the requirements is not an easy process.
   • we shouldnt reach a situation where a stakeholder is not satisfied because his requirements is not taken into consideration.

4. specification

   • It’s the process of writing down the user and system requirements into a document. The requirements should be clear, easy to understand.
   • the process in requirements engineering are interleaved, and it’s done iteratively. First iteration you specify the user requirements, then, you specify a more detailed system requirements.
