SUPERIOR MEMBER

  1. It is each of the limbs that are fixed to the upper part of the trunk. It has four segments:

    • Scapular Waist
      • Clavice
        • It is a flat bone that is in the upper part of the rib cage, S-shaped lying down. It is composed of two faces, two flanges and two extremes
          • 1. For Superior 2. For lower
            • superior: it is smooth, it has a subclavian muscle channel, It has an insert with the rotary handle. Bottom: It has two anatomical accidents important, the impressions of the ligament costoclavicular, conoide tubercle
          • 1.Border Previous 2. Border Later
          • 1.Extreme sternal. 2.Extreme Acromial.
            • STERNAL: Where articulated with the sternum, STERNOCLAVICULAR: It is the diarthrosis (synovial), sellar (saddle). ACROMIAL: Where articulates with the acromion of the scapula.
      • Scapula
        • The scapula is composed for 3 pits, 3 edges and 1 apophysis:
          • 1. Subescapular Fragment: it is previous and it is the place of Subscapular muscle insertion. 2. Supraspinosa fossa: it is posterosuperior to the spine and is the place of insertion of the supraspinatus muscle. 3. Infraspinatus fossa: posterior inferior to the spine and it is the place of infraspinatus muscle insertion.
          • 1. AXILLARY OR LATERAL EDGE: Round muscle major and minor. 2.VERTEBRAL OR MEDIAL the greater rhomboid and rhomboid minor muscles are inserted. 3. CERVICAL OR SUPEIOR EDGE: oinohyoid muscle
          • APOPHYSIS: It presents an apophysis, the coracoid, where the coracobrachialis and biceps originates (short portion), and the pectoralis minor muscle is inserted.
    • ARMREST
      • Its skeleton is formed by a single bone, an anterior and a posterior face.
        • THE HUMERO: the longest and voluminous bone of the upper limb.
        • ANTERIOR FACE: by biceps flexors (biceps brachii, coracobrachialis and anterior brachial),which will be innervated by the musculocutaneous nerve. POSTERIOR FACE: is the extensor muscle (Triceps brachii), which is innervated by the radial nerve. The radial nerve and the musculocutaneous are the terminal branches of the brachial plexus.
    • FOREARM
      • It is formed by the Ulna bone or "ulna" and radius. It is formed by the Ulna bone or "ulna") and radius. It has a proximal and distal portion, anterior and posterior portion.
        • 1.PROXIMAL PARTt : it articulates with the humerus 2. DISTAL PART:they articulate with the carpianos. This region will be irrigated by the ulnar artery and the radial artery.
        • ANTERIOR PORTION : was found in flexion flexors (round pronator, radial flexor of the carpus, long palmar, ulnar flexor of the carpus, superficial flexor of the fingers, deep flexor of the fingers, long flexor of the thumb and square pronator). LATER PORTION: There will be the extensors, short radial extensor of the carpus, long radial extensor of the carpus, extensor digitorum, extensor of the little finger, ulnar extensor of the carpus, extensor of the index finger, supinator)
        • In total, the forearm region has 20 muscles, of which only 17 cross the elbow joint.
    • HAND
      • The hand is constituted by several skeletal pieces articulated together after the forearm that forms the carpus, five bony spokes that constitute the metacarpus, this is constituted by three skeletal pieces
        • FIVE SKELETON PIECES:thumb, index, middle, ring and little finger
        • THREE SKELETAL PIECES : phalanx, phalanx and phalangeta (except one of them, which consists of two phalanges only). The hand is formed by Carpo Metacarpus Phalanges
