   • Defining the strategic roadmap/capabilities to be achieved .

   • Defining the business requirements, system requirements & UX requirements.

3. 3. Analysis of requirements

   • Analysis of requirements against feasibility (from tech & business pov.)
   • Identification of specific requirements to be taken up for design.
   • Studying the existing literature to assist in the design phase.

4. 4. Design

   • Design of mobile client side + server side.
   • Focus is on end-to-end solution design at a high level, followed by design of the individual components that make up the solution

5. 5. Implementation & test

   • Based on the design & testing of the developed components, integration & system-level testing.

6. 6. Deployment

   • Client deployment: involves multiple steps to get the app published in the apps store.
   • Server deployment.

7. 7. Operation, administration & maintenance

   • Ensuring that device SW is updated periodically.
   • Ensuring that antivirus packages are installed.
   • Pushing new solutions based on enterprise needs.
   • Applying IT policies of usage on the mobile handset supplied by the enterprise.
