1. computational thinking

   • decomposition
     • splitting into smaller tasks
   • abstraction
     • getting rid of irrelevant data
     • it only leave data that is neccersary to the program
   • pattern recognition
     • using similar techniques to solve similar problems
   • algorithmic thinking
     • creating a simple plan to solve problem

2. binary searching

   • data needs to be in order to work
   • takes the middle value
   • compares to value you are looking for
   • IF it is the value you are looking for, celebrate and stop

3. linear searching

   • data is not ordered
