     • All the computers are connected to a server.
       • All the computers are connected to central server. The server can handle multiple communications at once
       • More computers can be added or taken away without affecting the network.
   • Bus network
     • All the computers are connected to the central bus
       • You can add and take away computers as long the computers are connected to the central bus,
   • ring network
     • All the computers are linked together in a ring network
       • data packets are sent one way round.
