     • '"She's a Catholic and they don't believe in divorce." Daisy was not a Catholic and I was rather shocked at the elaborateness of the lie'.

4. Compassion

   • Gatsby stays at Daisy's to ensure she is ok.
   • Daisy has wealth but no heart
