     • ideator has less than basic programming skills
       • may have to hire an external programmer in order to achieve what is wanted

2. non-functional requirements

   • copyright rights for songs
     • the song library should be vast, seamless and beneficial for the user. It should have a variety of songs from different genres, to attract many users
   • cost of the solution
     • cost to buy copyright for songs, alongside coding and tools used for the app may increase the cost of the solution
       • to decrease costs and make money, app may have a subscription and/or have ads which pop up every 30 minutes
   • aesthetics of solution
     • UI design should be simplistic and universal
       • to ensure majority of users are able to use the website/app without worry or help
     • should look pleasing to the eyes

     • song library
       • download unlocked songs offline
       • limited number of available songs dependent on amount of study hours accomplished
       • certain free playlists that are excluded from initial limit of songs, incorporating different moods (i.e. chilled, etc.)
     • motivational techniques
       • brain break games that pop up if user has studied for longer than 15 min.
         • breaks up concentration with something fun.
       • pause study function (limited time) to browse other apps on device
       • removes (number) of unlocked songs if other apps are used during study session
       • unlocks 2 songs every 20 minutes of study, can be redeemed after study session
     • study tracker
       • timer/alarm function to delegate time to work on studies, alongside keeping track of time spent on studying
       • can create lists and tasks within these lists, to benefit the user's studies
         • can tick off tasks, and provide a sound effect that releases endorphins
         • task can have a due date, to which user can choose when they are reminded to finish tasks
       • provide links of "unblocked apps" which can be used during study sessions

4. prescribed criteria

   • must provide solution for persona
     • persona enjoys music
       • app for both studying and listening to music would be beneficial for her university life
     • persona is a young adult
