7.1 - Computer systems

1. Security - The protection of data or hardware from unauthorised users

2. File - Anything that you save.

3. File management - The organization of files and folders

4. Sub folder - A folder inside another folder

5. Folder - A place where you can keep files that are similar closer together so that the are easier to find.

6. Password - A string of characters used to verify the identity of a user

7. Server - A computer that holds data to be shared with other computers

8. Alphanumeric - as mixture of numbers and letters.

9. A secure password includes: A mixture of numbers, letters and symbols at least 8 characters, Use of symbols, Not easy to guess

10. A non-secure password includes: name, pets etc, dictionary words and non-complicated.
