1. Uses

   • They can be used to be sent by traditional or electronic mail, to be placed in web sites and to be answered by internet or to be delivered and answered directly by the respondents.

2. They are mainly used when the number of people to be investigated is very large or when their geographical dispersion is such that real or virtual interviews are physically and economically impossible.

3. Advantages and Disadvantages

   • The questionnaires are cheaper and more efficient since a greater number of people are greed and to perform one it is not necessary to be a scientist and their results are faster.
   • On the other hand, not everyone takes them seriously, people who do not take too much time come to lie or misinterpret or do not understand the questions, they also do not great customization and they are not as dynamic as the respondents can become

4. limitations

   • They lack detail. Becare is less scope for respondets to supply answers which reflect their true feelings on a tipic.

5. Types

   • unstructured questionnaires: collect qualitative data, basic structure and some branching questions

6. Advantages

   • In additions to those already mentioned, it has other advantages over interviews it´s low cost, speed and ubiquity

7. To poll

   • It allows to obtain information from the subjects of the study, about opinions, attitudes or suggestiveness. it can be applied in large geographical areas.
