1. Emotional Intelligence

   • The ability to understand and use your own emotions and using them in positive ways (Melinda, 2022)

2. General Intelligence

   • The term that describes the intelligence that is applicable to a vary wide variety of tasks (N., 2015)

3. Fluid. Intelligence

   • The capacity to think quickly and reason flexibly without relying on prior knowledge (Perera, 2020)

4. Crystalized Intelligence

   • The ability to utilize prior learned skills and knowledge, or the ability to use pre-existing information as a skill (Perera, 2020)

5. Trarchic Theory

   • This theory is divided into three aspects which include creative, analytical, and logical intelligence. This theory is based on the definition of intelligence (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019)

6. Multiple Intelligence

   • linguisitic
     • Being able to find the right words to express what you mean
       • I would rate myself a 7 because its easy for me to put my thoughts into words, but sometimes for school projects I overthink definitions and get them mixed up with others. I understand sign language and can communicate decent in ASL.
   • Naturalist
     • Understanding living things and the nature of them
       • I would rate myself a 7 because I love experiencing nature by camping, hiking, etc.
   • Intrapersonal
     • Being able to sense peoples feelings and motives
       • I would rate myself a 7 because I can understand most people's feelings after understanding their personality. It is hard for me to understand other peoples feelings after just meeting them
   • Interpersonal
     • Understanding yourself, how you feel, and your own motives
       • I would rate myself an 9 because I understand my own feelings and where I want to be later in life.
   • logical-mathmatical
     • The ability to quantify things, make hypothesis and prove them
       • I would rate myself a 7 because I have a high common sense and can follow directions very good. I also enjoy solving complicated tasks.
   • bodily kinesthetic
     • Coordinating your mind with your body
       • I would rate myself a 10 because I've played sports my entire life and I easily pick up new tasks
   • Musical
     • Discerning sounds by their pitch, tone, rhythm, etc
       • I would rate myself an 8 because I can pick up pitches in a song and then hit them
   • Spatial Intelligence
     • Being able to visualize the world and things around you
       • I would rate myself a 7 because when I drive around, I am fairly good at remebering the scenery around me and can often find my way back without directions.
