1. Emotional Intelligence

   • The ability to understand your emotions and the ones around you in a secure way

2. General Intelligence

   • Ability to acquire mass amounts of knowledge and retain it at a high level

3. Fluid and Crystallized

   • Ability to solve problems in a unique/creative way based on prior experience or knowledge

4. Triarchic Theory

   • Componential: Academic knowledge and good in School
     • Experiential: Creative and imagery minded
       • Contextual: One this is street smart and able to use common sense in a productive way

5. Multiple

   • Bodily Kinesthetic
     • Involves timing and perfection with the body and mind to perform to the highest level
       • One that is strong in this is strong in sports or uses their hands a lot
         • I would consider myself very high in this because I am one that loves to play sports and I also have a very good coordination skill since I play golf and other sports
   • Intrapersonal
     • Capacity to understand oneself and ones thoughts and feelings (Weichel,2022)
       • Typically someone that is strong in this, is an introvert and prefers to live the live of a little less social
         • I score very low in this because I am not an introvert at all and struggle to know about myself, I do not keep it in but yet let it out
   • Musical
     • The ability to recognize tone, beats and sounds easily (Armstrong, 2021)
       • One that is musical inclined and is able to play sounds and beats and even learn an instrument fast
         • I love music and often times people will only see me with my AirPods in walking around campus because I think music is a wonderful skill to have and learn how to do
   • Spatial Intelligence
     • This is the ability to see and learn in 3 dimensions and think in imagery, listening, and verbally
       • One that has a visual memory and is able to be very spatial aware
         • I am have a high score in this because I am very spatial aware and am good at sensing what people want during the times of need
   • Interpersonal
     • The Ability to have key communication skills with others and to interact with others
       • Extrovert is the best way to describe someone in this intelligence, this person values others and how they communicate
         • I am very high in this because I am a very extroverted person and people can always find me talking to someone and enjoying a good conversation
   • Naturalist
     • One that is strong in nature, cares for the planet and feels for the plants and life surrounding the earth
       • Someone that has a strong belief in nature and is a very sustainable and good stuard of the earth
         • I am not very high in this, I am not a big hunter or fisher and I should be recycling more. I really respect the earth and do try to pick up trash when I can
   • Linguistic
     • The ability to strongly use language and words to communicate in an effective way (Heald ,2022)
       • One that is very eloquent with words and is able to get their point across in a smart way like a motivational speaker
         • I enjoy public speaking and think of myself as a very linguistic speaker when I want therefore I would score very high in this
   • Logical- Mathematical
     • One that uses logical and is strong with numbers in the head, learns via math and not sense
       • Mathmatician or numbers person is strong in this intelligence (Kayalar, 2017)
         • I score very low in this because I am not a mathematical person at all and find myself to struggle looking at numbers and being creative to create a mind map like this
   • The ability to look at intelligence through more lenses and look at more modalities rather than a strict definition
