4. Advantages & Disadvantages of paper and computer databases

   • Advantages of paper databases
     • You can't hack paper so it will be more secure
   • Disadvantages of paper databases
     • They can get destroyed easier
     • When backing up the files you have to recreate it all including the storage, files,containing the files which would take a long time and it wouldn't be the exact same
   • Advantages of computer/electronic databases
     • You can back it up better due to just copying it
     • It has more memory than paper so you can store more data
     • Your less likely to loose it
   • Disadvantages of computer/electronic data bases
     • If the room where it's stored is to hot it will catch alight
     • Hackers have more of a change hacking into it
