3. It is stored securely and safely therefore nobody can easily access your information.

4. It is easier to store information than having it on loads of paper and in a room full of the whole schools information in it.

     • Disadcantage: Somebody can easily access the information.
     • Advantage: You can keep it in a safe cabinet and know where it is.

     • Disadvantage:
