- Incubate 16-20h in the PoC system
- Take the persisters and put them in a cryo tube to storage
- Make a 0.5 Mc Farland inoculum
- With a cotton swab streak out the inoculum in the antibiotic infused agar
- Incubate 16-20hh in the PoC system
