   • Open source
     • Open Source is software that allows you to access the code and edit it. You can redistribute this to others but may not sell it. You can edit the software to make it better, you can help others with the software. It sometimes doesn't have full features and getting support can be hard.
   • Proprietry
     • Proprietary software is a software that allows no customization and does not allow you to change settings. You may not research the program or try to decode it. You own only the license of the program instead of only owning the program itself. This is like Microsoft office— You also cant exceed the maximum installation number. Propriety software is tested and trusted. Although you can not edit it and make it better.
