   • A Simple to do list
   • General List with general activities
   • Non Specific
   • Usually made by one person

2. WBS

   • Organizes all of your team´s work into work packages
   • Decompose deliverables into work packages
   • Decompose in Phases, Deleverables and Activities
   • Major work eliverables are identified first, then the subdeliverables. The proceess is repeated until the subdeliverable is small enough to be manageable by one person.
   • Provides management with information appropiate to each level and can help to define communication channels
   • Every work package has a unique number and is used to identify each work package and its category.
