  - SOB whooping sound cough w thin-white sputum nasal obstruction w watery discharge -chilliness -low grade fever headache NO sweat NO thirst pale tongue w thin white coating floating and tense pulse
WIND HEAT
1. DYSPNEA + WIND HEAT SIGNS
  Nota:
  - SOB whooping sound cough with thick yellow sputum chest pain HIGHER FEVER THIRST preference for cold sweating chilliness fullness in chest yellow urine red tongue w thick greasy coating floating, rapid pulse
phlegm dampness
1. DYSPNEA +FULLNESS IN CHEST, NAUSEA, LACK OF APP
  Nota:
  - SOB whooping sound vough w thick white sputum fullness in chest loss of app or with nausea/vomiting white greasy tongue coating slippery wiry pulse
kidney deficiency
1. longer inhale, shorter exhale + cold limbs, palpitations, edema (kidney yang-qi def signs)
  Nota:
  - pale tongue with white coating sinking-thready pulse
lung deficiency
1. short/rapid breath, cough, spont sweating, dyspnea, weak voice and aversions to wind
  Nota:
  - pale tongue with thin coat weak pulse
