Resumen del Recurso

2 Dimensional Area. Area is the part of any shape that "covers" the surface from edge to edge
  1. Triangle Requires the Base (b) and Height (h) always needs a Right angle or perpendicular
    1. A = 1/2 (b)(h)
      1. P = S+S+S
      2. Parallelogram/Rectangle/Square Require two pairs of paralle sides and opposite sides are congruent
        1. A = (b)(h)
          1. P = S+S+S+S
          2. Trapezoid Requires two Bases(b), that are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the Height (h)
            1. A = 1/2(b + b)(h)
              1. P = S+S+S+S
              2. Circle Requires either the Diameter/d (Chord from edge through center to opposite edge, cut circle into two equal halves), or the Radius/r (segment from center to the edge).
                1. A =
                  1. C =
                  2. Perimeter (P) represents the connected exterior edges/sides (S) of a shape, calculated by adding the measures of each edge/side (S)
