4. Physical protection

   • Card
     • RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)

   • Locks on doors

5. Encryption

   • If data has been stolen encryption prevents the data being used
   • only if you have the key can you descript the data
   • data is encrypted

6. Back up data

   • should be stored away from original datat
   • should be in a secured place
