1. It is a management tool that allows you to see the entire business. An organization that views the processes is able to understand all its activities, from one end to the other, and thus constantly identify its opportunities for improvement.

   • As Is
     • It shows the current situation and the reality of the organizational processes, with its mistakes and successes.
       • The purpose of the map is to study:
         • The current process flow
         • Alternative scenarios
         • Who are the users involved, customers, suppliers and how their interactions with the business develop.
         • Performance indicators and metrics for process control
         • The tasks performed and their execution time.
   • To Be
     • The map must be aligned with the strategic planning of the organization as a whole, so that the objectives are achieved more efficiently, stimulating where you want to go at the end of the process evolution. In this second phase, the process is redesigned, using BPMN modeling (Business Process Model and Notation)
       • The purpose of the map is to study:
         • The new goal to achieve
         • The new process administrator or new administrators.
         • The steps to follow, through a flow of activities.
         • Rules to follow
         • Among other points that are considered important.
   • • Productivity • Reduce costs • Generate more value for the customer • Other strategic objectives • Process management is capable of detecting present bottlenecks, analyzing them and proposing solutions.
