1. What have I learned today

   • we EVALUATE things but we ASSESS people
     • ****Validity!!!
   • Performance --> Teacher designed Authentic --> Students designed
     • some of Performance Assessment is part of Authentic Assessment
   • Growth vs Fixed
     • growth mindset have a higher chance of success
   • K, A, P
     • Cognitive, Affective and Psychomotor
     • Cannot be seperated from eachother

2. What I want to learn more

   • "ไม่มีก้อนหินใดโง่" = nobody's fool?

3. My feeling after this class

   • I need to READ MORE
     • Teaching Theory of LPMP School
     • Assessment theory
   • have a Growth Mindset or a Fixed Mindset?
     • When I fail, I learn
       • But sometimes I give up
     • I can learn anything I want to
       • But I just feel lazy sometimes
   • it's not easy to be a teacher, especially in LPMP School where all teachers....
     • are idealist
     • SACRIFICE IN TEACHING
     • Trust in coworkers and students
