1. General Intelligence

   • Fluid+ Crystalized Intelligence
     • Multiple Intelligences
       • Emotional Intelligence
         • Emotional intelligence is the ability of people to control and recognize their and other's emotions (McCann, 2009).
           • I believe that I have a pretty have sense of emotional intelligence. I can tell what people are feeling, even if they do not tell me, and I know when there is something wrong.
       • Triarchic Theory
         • There is three types of thinking to Sternberg's Triarchic Theory. There is analytical thinking which is when people analyze and judge something. There is Creative Thinking where people have the ability to discover and put things together in a creative way. Lastly there is Practical thinking where people can think of something logically (Vahidi, 2015).

                     • Naturalist
                       • - Connects well with nature, and has a good sense of direction (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
                         • I would give myself about a 6 in this category. I have a great sense of direction, and know where I am, but I do not think it is my strong suit. Also, I am not the best at adapting out in nature.
                     • - Understanding yourself very well, and able to be just fine alone and independent (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
                       • I would be about a 6 in this category. I can be alone and enjoy being alone once in awhile, but I would not say that I enjoy being in my own thoughts.
                   • - High social skills, able to read the room and notice how people are feeling (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
                     • I would be a 10 for interpersonal skills. I love being around people, that's when I am most comfortable. I can read a room very well, and can tell when someone if off.
                 • - Visualize things better with images and pictures (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
                   • I would be able a 9/10 in this section. I learn better by watching, and understand things better when I can see them.
               • - Having high language and speaking skills. Very good with words and writing (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
                 • I would be about a 5/10 in this section, I am a good writer, but I do not enjoy writing, and would not consider myself excellent at it.
             • -To have a very organized way of thinking, very good at mathematics (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
               • I would be a 6/10 in this section. I do not enjoy math, but I am still good at solving equations. I also and a more logical planned out kind of thinker.
           • - Being able to better control motions and balance, great for athletes(Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
             • My score would be about a 7/10 for this. I am a goer, I am always doing something. Athletically I have played tennis for a long time and have a strong hand-eye coordination
         • - The ability to determine different pitches, giving you a high musical ability (Grison & Gazzaniga, 2019).
           • My score for this section would be about a 7/10. I can keep a beat, and have played the piano for 11 years. I am better at memorization through hearing rather than reading music.
     • Fluid Intelligence is an intelligence that would be changing overr time, and Crystalized Intelligence is an intelligence that forms while learning (Cattle, 1961).
   • General Intelligence is having abilities that apply to many subjects. This kind of intelligence usually results in a higher IQ score
