     • 2. Know how = tacit, expertise.
     • 3. Know why = understanding/ comprehension.
     • 4. Care why = social impact

   • CONMBINATION EXPLICIT - EXPLICIT Information shared between people through different channels Codified knowledge sources are combined to create new k.
   • INTERNALIZATION EXPLICIT-TACIT Explicit k. is incorporated and modifies the user’s existing tacit knowledge (teaching)
