1. What is KBD

   • Is all the ways, methods, thoughts and tools that can help an enterprise such as competitiveness, education, innovation, creativity, business acceleratorsn and others.

2. Origin.

   • Growth theory: it comes as the understanding of macroeconomic principles this in order to help to increase the production of countries and regions. in the cold war this theory made enviroments where the university, industry and science could create a new network of innovation maiking scietist into elites.
     • knowledge managment: primarily emerged as a response to the need of identifying value factors and knowing wich ways are better for an enterprise. it began in the WWII in order to increase the number of industries and regions and in the end this got a remarkable impact on the human resources
       • And in 1980 the productivity get such an increased that was necesary the creation of term that is knowledge management

3. DBC

   • It is the value that you put in a person such as his human activity in order to record his value by viewing and sizing and this is to find his intelligence, attractiveness,etc.

4. The 3 levels of KBD.

   • Level 1: social knowledge infraestructure. this level focus on the resources that people will need in order to grow in the social infraestructure sucha as libraries, universities, centers and places that you can learn
   • Level 2: Human capital development programs. once the social and knowledge infraestructure is evident in the subject, this is now ready to be active in communities in order to improve and practice those skills and knowledge that he is being improving using knowledge information to make new innovation to make new innovation systems.
   • level 3: Development of social capital system. this level of focus on the knowledge based value system this means that this seems to fulfill the huan value making crucialby making the subject sufficient to put in practice and perfection the knowledge.
