Learning vs Education

*Learning is the goal of teaching. *Learning is essentiatlly a different process for every individual *Teaching will therefore begin with getting to know individuals learners, and discovering where they are as regards their existing constructs. *Teaching is aboutbuilding relationships between the T & and each individual learner and about managing relationships between learners in any learning group.

*It is impossible to define a static notion of good teaching or being a food teacher.

*It becomes necessary to look at what is minimally acceptable as a goal, but also whether the qualifying teachers are able to fulfil their professional roles

Theory can be considered from two perspectives it can mean the Theoretical knowledge of the profession and it can also mean the personal constructed theories of the individual.

*In the interlanguage and interteaching theories, the entry points for both processes(learning a second language and learning teaching) are similar

*The learner teacher also arrives with an understanding teaching, acquired through the process of socialization within an educational community.
