STAKE HOLDERS IN A BUSINESS
"A stake holder is anyone with an interest in a business, e.g. investors, employees, pressure groups, customers, suppliers, managers, etc."
All stake holders are interested in the business for different reasons:
Investors/shareholders/owners...................... Profit
Employees........................................................... Job security/wages
Pressure groups................................................. Pollution
Customers........................................................... Service price
Differences in interests in a business.. causes 'stake holder conflict'
