1.First you need to look at what you're trying to work out. This could be inequalities or maximising or minimising the simplex tableau.
2. You need to introduce your slack variables beacuse there are what will help minimise or maximise so in mose cases this will be the letter r,s,t,u and will be added to the end of the constraints x1+x2+x3+x4
