- 17Optical Storageoptical storage contains DVD's blu ray discs and CD's. blu rays hold the most storage are the fastest and the most durable. DVD's are a low storage however they are more than CD's. DVD's are a fast portable media but they are very weak and unreliable. CD's are the lowest storage, slowest and least durable of the three however are very similar to DVD's but slightly in every way.
