What does the cell cycle make? It makes new cells for Growth and Repair
The phases- pupils may annoy teachers continuously Prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase, cytokinesis
Phrophase The chromosomes condense getting shorter and fatter. Membrane around nucleus breaks down and chromosome lie free
Metaphase The chromosomes line up at the centre of the cell
Anaphase Cell fibres pull the chromosomes apart
Telophase Membranes from around each sets of chromosomes. These become nuclei- nucleus has divided
Cytokinesis The cytoplasm and cell membrane divide to form two separate cells
