What is the Respiratory system's response to diseases? coughing, sneezing and wheezing
What is the digestive system's response to diseases? vomiting and diarrhea
What is the circulatory system's response to diseases? fever, swelling/inflammation and increased white blood cells
What do the white blood cells of the immune system do when they sense a disease in the body? They go out and "hunt" and kill the disease causing pathogen
What do vaccinations do? Vaccinations inject dead viruses into our body so that the antibodies inside of us can fight them and help become immune to them
what is the Doppler effect? The change in frequency of light or sound waves being emitted from a moving source e.g. fire engine siren, bike
What is a Nebula? A huge cloud of dust and gas in space
