Aurora Amazon's Flagship SQL Database. 5 times faster than MySQL and 3 times faster than Postgre. Continous Backups/ up to 15 read replicas across 3 AZs.
DynamoDB No SQL database. Fast, uses SSD. High Read level compute, fully managed by AWS. Use Cases: Gaming, IOT and Mobile
RedShift Used for Data Warehousing, Big Data and Online Analytics Processing (OLAP). Column-based storage; fully managed.
Neptune Relationship-based database; NoSQL. Stores relationships. Use Cases: Social Network, Knowledge Graphs, Fraud Detection, Recommendation Engine
Security Token Service Temporary security credentials granted to trusted users. Time frame: a few minutes to several hours. Grants access to AWS resources w/o creating an IAM identity. Use Cases: Identity Federation, Web Identity Federation (Google, Facebook, Amazon)
