Mihrab the "niche" or hole in the wall of a Mosque that shows direction of a Holk.
Minaret A tower in a Mosque where someone calls out to tell people its time to prayer
Minbar A raised platform in a Mosque where the Imam (leader) stands to give the ceremony
Modest Not flashy or reviling, clothing and behavior that doesn't attract attention
Mosque Place of worship for Muslims.
Offering bowl The bowl at a shrine for water, food or gifts to the Buddha.
Prayer flags Colorful Buddhist flags with chants on them.
Prayer wheel A wheel which Buddhists spin around to focus their mind on worship.
Presence "being there" feeling that they are there.

Spire The tall, pointed tower on a church.
Symbols Something that stands for, represents something E.G: cross for Jesus's death.

Reason to respect religious buildings -The presence of god/ like going to god's house. -To listen to a religious leader and show them respect. -Respect for memorials or people that have died. -respect and let other people worship/ pray.
