mining camp invited
your family to join his
family for a card
game. Finally, a night

She sent a care

supplies you were

river. A small pocket

few tricks about using
your tools. These tips
will definitely pay off

miner complaining
about his long search
with no gold to show
for it. Score! You get a
free tip about where
NOT to go. - 13—Gold is found in
cracks in the
earth’s rock crust
called veins. Today,
you swung your
pick and hit a vein! - 14—You slipped in the icy,
rushing water. That
was scary! Lucky for
you, your new
friendship with the
guy next to you paid
off. He grabbed hold
of you before you
went totally under
water. - 15—You decided to take a
day off and sing
songs from your
childhood in the mining
camp. You draw a
crowd and even a
little pay for your
sound! - 16—You found a nugget of
gold on the trail on
the way to the river.
It was probably
dropped by someone
that had too much
gold anyways. - 17—It’s your lucky day! As
you put your face
close to the water to
wipe off the sweat,
you notice a glimmer!
