How can you tell the amount of electrons an element has? By the row the element is in
What are molecule? A group of atoms bonded together
What is a bond A strong force of attraction holding atoms together in a molecule
What is a compound? A substance in which two or more different elements are chemically bonded
What is an isotope? Atoms of the same element that have the same number of protons but different number of neutrons
What is the mass number? The amount of protons and neutrons in an atom
